Paris, January 23, 2024. In a strong growth momentum, RIVE Private Investment (“RIVE”), an independent European investment company, welcomes two new team members to its investment teams dedicated to energy transition and transportation.
Élisa LAURENT joined the Energy Transition team as an Associate, where she plays a key role in the origination, structuring, and monitoring of investments. Her career, starting in audit at Mazars, quickly shifted towards energy transition. She gained solid experience in M&A and project financing, first at Tevali Partners, then for three years at Gottengreen, specialized consulting firms in energy transition.
Élisa is a graduate of ESCP.
Léopold LYET joined the Transportation Assets team as an Analyst. With four years of experience in M&A, project financing, and fundraising, Léopold brings valuable expertise, especially in investments in the railway sector. Before joining RIVE, he worked as an Analyst at Liquid Africa and gained significant experience at ING in London and at Crédit Agricole CIB in the energy sector.
Léopold is a graduate of ESSEC with a specialization in corporate finance.
By expanding its team, RIVE strengthens its position as a leading investor in both the energy transition and transportation sectors. With now 24 employees spread across Paris, Geneva, and Luxembourg, RIVE has financed more than 2.4 billion euros in assets through over 100 transactions in around twenty countries since 2013.
