Whistleblowing Procedure

Committed to fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, RIVE Private Investment has established a Whistleblower Procedure. It aims to provide a trusted framework that enables the timely reporting, fair assessment, and effective resolution of any reports.

Any person who becomes aware of or suspects unethical behavior, legal or regulatory violations, breaches of internal policies, or any other form of misconduct related to RIVE is encouraged to report their concerns promptly. For employees, we encourage first to report concerns to their immediate supervisor or manager, unless the individual feels uncomfortable doing so or the manager is implicated.

Reports may be submitted via :

(1) Mail at the following address: RIVE Private Investment – Whistleblowing, 27 Rue de La Ville l’Evêque, 75008 Paris ;

(2) RIVE’s dedicated confidential reporting address: whistleblowing@rive-investment.com, which provides an anonymous and confidential reporting option. While anonymous reporting is permitted, anonymity may limit the ability to conduct a full investigation or provide detailed follow-up.

Upon receipt of a report, RIVE will acknowledge receipt of your report within ten business days of receipt of your report, and you will receive a response within a month. If special circumstances arise and RIVE is unable to comply with those periods, it will inform you of the reason for that delay.

The investigation may involve securing and reviewing documents, speaking with the whistleblower, interviewing alleged individuals and witnesses, and consulting legal counsel or specialists. If misconduct is confirmed, RIVE will take appropriate remedial and disciplinary actions consistent with internal policies and applicable regulations.

All whistleblowing reports are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and processed exclusively on a need-to-know basis.

Retaliation, such as dismissal, demotion, harassment, threats, negative performance evaluations, or any adverse treatment, is strictly prohibited.

RIVE expects all reports to be made in good faith. Knowingly false, misleading, or malicious allegations may result in disciplinary or legal action. This does not apply to reports made in good faith that turn out to be unfounded.

Any individual who suspects a breach of this Policy should report it immediately via email, in person, telephone, or the confidential whistleblowing hotline.
