Our teams and those of our partners invest in tangible assets with low depreciation rates such as aircraft engines, freight cars, containers and ships. Also, the resale value of tangible assets can usually be easily estimated early in the process. Our teams favor bank financing with an average leverage ratio of 50% to optimize financial returns.
